Zeta Prefab
This 1776 sq. ft. zero-energy live-work townhome was designed by DSA and completed in Oakland in July of 2009. It is LEED Platinum certified and serves as a prototype unit for future zero-energy, prefabricated, multi-family, affordable housing developments from Zeta Communities. Innovative passive design strategies and prefabricated construction methods allow for the minimization of resources, waste, and CO2 emissions.
