Landmark Victorian
This 1870 landmark Berkeley Victorian was renovated for an arts and environmental center that was named “Best Art Space" by the East Bay Express. The design incorporates recycled beams and certified sustainably-grown lumber, cellulose insulation, fly ash concrete, and recycled glass countertops. The historically sensitive restoration was also recognized by Preservation Award of the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Associaton (BAHA).
